SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT
J2EE software developers
Successful candidates should correspond to the following minimal required competencies / skills:
- 2+ years of J2EE experience, good knowledge of J2EE framework
- Practical experience with J2EE servers
- Experience in OO analysis, design, implementation with UML
- Knowledge of RDBMS
- Knowledge of software development processes
- Ability to create well-formatted code within a reasonable time period, document own design and implementation
- Willingness and ability to plan and perform tasks before the deadline
Following qualifications are strong advantages:
- Experience with XP, TDD and Refactoring
- Experience with Oracle or PostgreSQL
- J2EE design patterns
.NET software developers
Successful candidates should correspond to the following required competencies / skills:
- 2 – 3 years of experience in commercial projects
- Strong skills and experience in Managed C++ or C#
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft .NET Framework
- Experience with COM+, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, SQL, XML
Following qualifications are strong advantages:
- Deep knowledge of the .NET framework and CLR ;
- Experience with traditional Microsoft development solutions (Visual C++, COM) ;
- Experience with Visual C++ 6.0, Visual C++ 2003, MS SQL SERVER
- Experience with UML, design patterns ;
- Experience with XML, XSL;
Experience with Win32 system API, Win32 threads
PHP software developers
Successful candidates should correspond to the following minimal required competencies / skills:
- 2+ years of PHP experience
- Practical experience with PHP libraries, template engines and PEAR
- Knowledge of RDBMS
- Understaning of “unix way”
- Ability to create well-formatted code within a reasonable time period, document own design and implementation
- Willingness and ability to plan and perform tasks before the deadline
Following qualifications are strong advantages:
- Experience with XP, TDD and Refactoring
- Experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL
- Experience with developing of PHP extensions
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Quality assurance testers
Responsibilities for this position assume performing all kinds of manual testing processes and procedures, depend on your skills level and will include (but are not limited to):
- Analyze test plans.
- Develop test cases.
- Testing of new releases of the products developed.
- Validate defects reported by customers.
- Validate defect fixes implemented by developers.
- Report daily on your activities.
Successful candidates should correspond to the following required competencies / skills:
- MS/BS degree in Computing Sciences, IT or equivalent
- 1+ year of work experience with software manual testing/QA
- Deep knowledge and practical skills of test technologies and procedures
- Knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office environment
- Previous successful experience in software development
- Good command of English
Following qualifications are strong advantages:
- Experience in using of RDBMS (Oracle, MS SQL Server)
- Knowledge of client/server applications based on CORBA
- Knowledge in IT administration
Knowledge in software development processes (RUP, MSF etc.)
